Services
Transformative psychotherapy for adults navigating the long-term impact of attachment trauma.
Specialized Therapy for C-PTSD
My work is especially attuned to the unique emotional wounds that stem from early relational harm—often referred to as attachment trauma. This includes experiences of neglect, emotional inconsistency, enmeshment, or growing up in environments where your needs were dismissed or unsafe to express. These histories can quietly shape your adult relationships, self-worth, boundaries, and nervous system responses.
I specialize in helping clients reconnect with their inner strength and wisdom, heal patterns rooted in survival, and reclaim space for joy, trust, and connection.
My practice is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship. I offer a therapeutic alliance built on safety, attunement, honesty, and care. Together, we create the conditions to shift long-standing patterns, nurture your self-trust, and develop greater internal freedom.
Areas of Specialization
- Complex Trauma (C-PTSD) and developmental/attachment trauma
- Depression, anxiety, and chronic shame
- Life transitions (grief, identity shifts, career changes, parenting)
- Neurodiversity (support for ADHD, sensory sensitivity, masking, and burnout)
- LGBTQ+ affirming and identity-expansive work
- Empowerment through trauma-informed healing
My Therapeutic Style
My therapeutic style balances deep compassion with clear, direct insight. I welcome all parts of you—even those that feel stuck, reactive, or protective. Together, we listen closely to where these patterns originate, how they’ve helped you survive, and what they might need in order to heal.
I gently challenge what no longer serves you while honoring the wisdom of your internal system. Healing isn’t always comfortable, but it is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. Our work creates space for greater clarity, connection, and enjoyment of life.
Therapeutic Approach
My work is grounded in a Trauma-Informed Framework, which recognizes the impact of trauma on the mind, body, and relationships. I create a safe and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences with compassion and curiosity.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) — A strengths-based, evidence-based approach that helps individuals understand and heal parts of themselves that carry pain or protective roles.
- Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) Training — Specialized trauma training focused on evidence-based interventions and the neurobiology of trauma.
- Somatic and Mindfulness Practices — Body-based and present-moment techniques that support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and grounding.
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) — A structured, short-term model that helps individuals process traumatic experiences, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build coping strategies for long-term emotional resilience.
Sessions
I generally meet with clients once per week to provide consistency and support as we work through current challenges. As symptoms improve and the situation feels less acute, we may decide together to reduce the frequency of sessions.
In some cases, clients choose to meet more than once a week depending on the nature of their concerns or the level of support needed. We will collaborate regularly to determine what frequency feels most helpful and sustainable throughout our work together.
Services and Rates
All services are private pay only. I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Psychotherapy Sessions
30–90 minutes — $100–$200
Session length and frequency are tailored to meet your individual needs. Most clients begin with weekly 60-minute sessions and adjust over time. Rates vary based on session length, frequency, and specific services provided. We will discuss fees together before beginning therapy.

Trauma-Informed Coaching
If you’re located outside of Pennsylvania, I offer trauma-informed coaching to support you in areas such as relationship dynamics, attachment healing, and nervous system regulation. While coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, it can be a powerful pathway to self-growth, insight, and sustainable change.
As a trauma-informed coach, I draw on my background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and my years of experience supporting clients in:
- Healing attachment wounds
- Building emotional resilience
- Navigating complex relational patterns
Our work together may include:
- Exploring core relationship patterns and attachment styles
- Strengthening self-awareness and boundaries
- Working with inner parts (IFS-inspired) and somatic regulation strategies
- Developing practical tools to improve communication, self-trust, and connection
Coaching sessions are available to clients in all U.S. states and internationally, as they do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Coaching offers a supportive space for exploration, growth, and embodied change—especially for individuals ready to deepen their personal insight and relational awareness.
Expanding to Oregon
I’m excited to share that I’ll soon be licensed to offer psychotherapy services in the state of Oregon. This expansion means I’ll be able to serve more clients on the West Coast while continuing to provide trauma-informed, relationship-centered care.
