This bundle includes The Hallway of Doorknobs: A Journey to the Feelings Inside and the companion activity book.

The picture book introduces kids to the magical hallway and the parts who live behind its doors: a cactus, a fire, a disco ball, and more. Each one is a protector with a purpose, trying its best to keep someone safe. The story shows children that every part has a job, and every part belongs.

The activity book takes them further. Kids can color the parts, work through mazes, solve word searches, draw, cut and paste, and explore what their own parts might be trying to say. It’s designed to work one page at a time or cover to cover, at home, in the classroom, or in a counseling session.

Together, the two books give kids a way to hear the story and then live inside it. Best for ages 6 to 10, though younger and older kids connect with it in their own ways.
